FanPint helps users discover bars and events where they can watch sports and socialize. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

5. Listings and Promotions

Bars and venues may list themselves and promote events on FanPint. All listed information must be accurate and comply with applicable laws and regulations. FanPint is not responsible for the accuracy of third‑party listings or for any changes to events, pricing, availability, or policies at venues.

6. User Content and Conduct

You may be able to submit content (e.g., reviews, feedback). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant FanPint a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content and agree not to submit content that infringes on third‑party rights, violates laws, or contains offensive material.

7. Fees and Payments

FanPint is currently free to use for users and for bars to list basic information. If we introduce paid features or services in the future, we will provide details and separate terms or notices at that time.

8. Third‑Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third‑party websites or services (including venue websites, mapping services, and analytics). FanPint does not control and is not responsible for such third‑party content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

FanPint and its licensors own all rights in the Service and its content (excluding user‑generated content), including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software. You may not use FanPint’s branding or materials without prior written permission.

FANPINT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY OF LISTINGS, EVENTS, OR ANY THIRD‑PARTY CONTENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANPINT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FanPint and its affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
